Two men have been arrested following a fatal off-highway vehicle collision in Annapolis County.
RCMP say two side-by-sides collided on Heartland Road in West Dalhousie on Saturday afternoon.
A 72-year-old man from the community was ejected from one of the vehicles and died at the scene.
The driver, a 53-year-old from Carleton Corner, suffered minor injuries and was arrested for impaired operation causing death. He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
The second driver, a 49-year-old from West Dalhousie, was arrested for impaired operation causing death at a nearby home and later released with a future court date.
A third side-by-side was also present at the time of the incident, but police said it was not believed to have been involved in the crash.
